Rental Gown Collection
FAQs
1) Day 1 of your rental period should NOT be shoot date. Please allow for things like weather-related shipping delays and time to unpack and prepare your gown.
2) Sundays do count toward your rental period, even if your carrier isn’t open. Plan accordingly.
3) You cover return shipping with your choice of carrier, with service not to exceed 5 days in transit.
4) Houston-area renters may inquire about local selection/pickup/dropoff availability. An appointment fee may apply.
5) We do not rent directly to brides at this time. Please contact Renegade directly about great options for your own wedding. Our rental samples are one-of-a-kind and take months to replace.
6) We will handle cleaning, but remove any twigs, burrs, or detritus that could cause damage in transit. Our agreement provides further instruction and damage policy.
